Communal Enterprise “Electroavtotrans” of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council and the management of the City of Ivano-Frankivsk intends using the proceeds of a loan and grant from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) to finance the procurement of low-floor trolleybuses and assorted workshop aintenance and diagnostic equipment, depot modernisation and extension of trolleybus network.
The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of EUR 9 million equivalent, will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services using the proceeds of the loan and the grant:Low-floor 18 m articulated trolleybuses (including spare parts and tools, Lot 1 – 22 pcs., Lot 2 – 7 pcs.)Depot modernisationConstruction of new traction substation (TCS-15) with capacity of 2х1600 kVA and trolleybus line «Hetman Mazepa Street – R. Huryk Street – Pivdennyi Blvd – Pivnichnyi Blvd»
