Currently UNICEF Uganda Child Survival and Development Section has 3 active SMS short codes used for mTRAC, the MoH Health Complaints Hotline and FamilyConnect. In addition, UNICEF Uganda has 1 USSD code used for FamilyConnect. UNICEF Uganda is also supporting many other govermnent systems using SMS and USSD. The objective of this contract is to establish detailed terms and condition for providing SMS and USSD aggregation services and assisting in getting new SMS and USSD short codes or renewing the license for existing Short Codes.
