شرح آگهی:
Setting up of stalls for India International Leather Fair-2023 &2024 and other events at Chennai ( 2 Years) S.H- Misc. civil works as erecting of flag poles, buntings,brandings and providing water and compressed air lines, etc (on hire basis for fair period)
1.Hire charge for erecting of flag poles duly painted i/c making holes on ground & putting up coloured flags/digital printed flags of required size, including making the arrangement for up & down the country flags in the morning and evening respectively and making good the holes or tied with existing railing etc. complete, as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
Note: - no extra payment will be made for digital or any type of printing matter, (For fair period).
2.Supplying and fixing of sign board with sun board of required size & thickness including cut out in any shape or size, writing work with vinyl self sticking letters as temporary structure, No Smoking etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.( On hire basis)
a) Sun board 3 mm thick
b) Sun board 5 mm thick
3.Fixing of bunting on existing brackets and pipe inside CTC hall (Labour rate only, bunting to be paid separately in item 10) including G I pipe at top and bottom level to hold the bunting. (on hire basis
4.Hire charges for supply & placing of C.P. coated self standing signage of 5”-0” ht. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
5.Labour charges for hanging of buntings of size 5m x 1 m and 1.50 m x 0.60 m on existing street light poles, pipe of 2.15 m length, & on small light polls, and 25x3mm M.S. flat clamps/ on existing brackets including nuts and bolts etc. completer and as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (Bunting to be paid separately
6.Providing external water /compressed air pipe line complete with necessary fitting along with two gun metal full way valves for each compressed air connections & in main line wherever required i/c cutting road/wall and making good the same ((on hire basis).
