The proposed project includes the construction of the following components

The Works includes reconstruction of the existing roads (Roads 1 & 2) and construction of a
new road (Road 3) in order to improve the accessibility to Zulal Resort and Al Shamal City.
The proposed project includes the construction of the following components:
a) Around 1.2 km of new dual carriageway road (Road 3);
b) Around 7.9 km of existing 2-lane single carriageway to be converted into 2-lane dual
carriageway (Roads 1 & 2).
c) Three (3) new roundabouts
