Engineering, Supplying& Construction for one compressor for the unit 14 and one compressor for the unit 15 With the electrical motors and all its required accessories ,Offers should be presented directly( by hand ) or by mail to Homs Refinery office before closing date, every offer arrives after that date will be neglected .The offer should be submitted inside three closed envelopes. These envelopes should be contained in a fourth one closed and addressed to Homs Refinery Co. on which the subject of tender ,its number , closing date , name of bidder company , its nationality, and its detailed address are to be indicated
